Many local fisherman offer one-to-one or small group tours, using nets and hooks and free diving in search of lobster, sea snail, bream, grouper, turtle, crab and other reef species. Ask around or some tour operators usually come up with tips. For more serious fishermen excellent deep sea fishing can be arranged.

Cycling around San Andres and Providencia is a great way to explore the island and get a feel for this magical place. Roads are paved and there is little traffic to contend with. Hop on your bike and rush along the flat coastal route and remote villages beaches of San Andres & Providencia. Getting up the hills to La Loma requires more leg power.
